This is the second year that Keith Anderson, who works in the Bourbon
Road Café at Brown-Forman central command in Louisville, has been
picked to have his work included on the collectible yearly discharge. “My
vision during the current year’s Derby container came to me on Derby Day in 2018,
when I was at Churchill Downs watching the steeds race past me,”
Anderson said. “Their sheer control, their hues and the racers are
burned into my psyche — and now included on the container.”
