Unlike our core range French Oak Single Cask, which is aged in ex-tawny (Australian port-style fortified wine) casks, this single cask whisky is aged in French oak casks previously used to mature an earlier batch of Sullivans Cove French Oak. Our Second Fill whiskies require a truly exceptional cask, showcasing the rich spice from the French oak timber and allowing Sullivans Cove’s unique spirit character to shine through.
