Tasting Notes
Shading: sunflower oil
Nose: a fragile and crisp nose. White grapes, white pepper, delicious pears and icing sugar. A roast flavoring from the barrel includes body and edge. A little lime get-up-and-go and a slight slick note that I continue believing is Stork margarine. Given tolerance comfortable end creamed coconut.
Taste: nothing dangerous on the sense of taste, rather a delicate walk which makes this whisky reviving. A nice complete too. Green apples, a little pear squeeze at first in the mouth, pencil shavings and somewhat more citrus.
