Nose:Â The oak is very evident, hoi sin sauce and a little chocolate perhaps coffee beans and spice.
Palate:Â The Sherry is beautiful and well balanced, plenty of indian spices and splashes of citrus and fresh fruit.
Finish:Â A long oaky finish with fruit and spice.
