Jack has been always done things a little differently. But it’s the extra steps they take that give Jack its distinctive character and unique taste. They charcoal mellow all our whiskey drop by drop, before aging it in our own handcrafted American white oak barrels. They don’t rely on calendars to tell us when our whiskey is ready. Only a sip from our tasters can tell us that. And when you take a sip, we think you’ll appreciate why they do the things we do.
