Hyde No.4 dim rum articulation keeps on astounding and pleasure single malt consumers everywhere. The smell is rich with notes of tropical organic products from the Caribbean, energy natural product, vanilla and margarine toffee. There aren’t numerous dim rum completes in the bourbon world and this one is a specific victor. Hand picked containers are what separates Hyde. It’s about the wood.
Copper penny gold. Direct opening sniffs bring out ginger scones, gobstopper, light vanilla and wipe cake. Remains moderately stifled in later passes. Rich passage offers an engaging blend of Marie tea rolls and unobtrusive rum-like sugars. Finishes up medium long, with black out recommendations of molasses in the lingering flavor. Shockingly limited: the rum info appears to both include and take away.
