Profound purple with mauve edges. Berry tart, stewed plum, and light pepper/paprika smell over foundation juniper and grapefruit. Medium-bodied with delicate, velvety, off-dry, succulent plum and raspberry tart flavors and a sensitive grapefruit, cinnamon, white pepper, piney-juniper wrap-up. Closures medium long, somewhat sweet, with unobtrusive hot red organic products in the trailing sensation. A delightful, innovative, and keenly adjusted interpretation of conventional sloe gin.
