In the wake of exploring different avenues regarding some restrictive clusters of a high-verification gin for the Gin Palace we chose to include crisp ‘Judy’s Everbearing’ local finger limes (nearby our excellent natural oranges) for its first discharge in 2014. This crisp citrus goes into the herbal bin, with some new ginger, giving our Navy Strength Gin its mark power and force.
The finger limes feature the Asian flavors like coriander and star anise, and are supplemented by the crisp ginger. At that point turmeric adds weight to the sense of taste and a crisp yet hearty quality, similar to dill.
The subsequent gin has lifted aromatics of lime curd, pine needles, and fragrant flavors with a vanilla character which pulls everything together. The sense of taste is extraordinary – sweet and delicious – however it is still spotless.
