This Premium Rum Has Been Crafted Using A Unique Double Barrel Finishing Process Ingeniously Developed By The Master Distillers’ Collective. The Master Distillers Collective Have Hand Selected Some Of The Distillery’s Finest Reserves Already Aged To Perfection And Ideal For Double Barrel Finishing. This Maturation Process Commences In Port Barrels Creating A Great Depth Of Character, Then Finishes In Old Sherry Barrels Adding Sweetness And Balance. The Result Is An Intensely Complex Rum With An Exceptionally Smooth Finish, Layered With Delicate Hints Of Honey, Caramel And Spice.
